Internal AV Sales Support Role / Based at our head office in Langport, Somerset

Job Description:

To support the Sales Team and Office Manager in general everyday duties that will include but not be limited to; inputting invoices, data input, tracking orders and arranging returns, making appointments for the Sales team, making and receiving phone calls and keeping our CRM and other systems up to date.

What we expect:

  • Accurate invoice/ data input.
  • Deal with the return of goods ensuring all re-funds are received.
  • Ensure that the CRM and other in house systems are in full use and always kept up to date.
  • Good telephone manor and customer service.
  • Proactively make outbound phone calls to new potential customers.
  • Proactively speaking with existing customers to inform them about new products and services available.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to gain best pricing and product information.
  • Good knowledge of outlook and office packages (Excel and Word).
  • Good diary management for yourself and others within the team.
  • Work with the team to ensure the company maintains service level agreements.
  • Have the ability to gain and pass on accurate information to the Sales team.
  • General office duties.

Experience in an office or sales environment would be an advantage but is not necessary. Full training with development opportunties will be given to the right person.

Salary is dependent on experience.
